Aikido is a universal art. Anyone can learn and benefit from training.
Visitors and walk-ins are very welcome, and your first class is free.

The dojo is generally open except for major public holidays, inclement travel weather, and association event dates. Here are some upcoming dates for your calendar (last updated 11/27/18):
Closures: the dojo will be closed on December 20th and December 25th.
Keiko Osame, the last class of the year and a celebration, is on December 30th.
Kangeiko, the 2019 Winter Training seminar, is from February 7th to 10th at Jikishinkan Dojo in Brooklyn. All students are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Your first class is free. After that, we have two levels:
Introduction to Aikido - all you need for your first belt: your first 3 months of training, a free gi (uniform), and a year’s ZAA association membership.
Dojo Membership: Train as frequently as you wish. Youth classes are from ages 6 to 12.
